- J--Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide annual maintenance and certification for seven (7) boilers at various locations at the Washington Aqueduct Facility, 5900 MacArthur Boulevard, NW, Washington, D.C.. This service is to be performed in strict accordance with the scope of work provided in the request for quotations that can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil No phone or faxed requests for the RFQ will be honored.
