- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Hunter Associates Laboratory, Inc, 11491 Sunset Hills Rd, Reston, VA 20190. This effort is to provide the Government with a sensor spectrophotometer (Ultrascan PRO model). The Government plans on purchasing one (1). The Government is interested in testing the Ultrascan PRO spectrophotometer for measuring color and near infrared reflectance, for camouflage materials. The Ultrascan PRO is selected because it is the only one commercially available that is capable of both visible and infrared color measurement.
