Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-04-T-0023 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 332322 and 500 employees respectively. The quoter must state in their quotation their size for this procurement. USPFO for VT, VT-PFO-PC, 789 VT Na tional Guard Rd, Colchester VT 05446, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for: UH-60A DRIP PANS, P/N DP3-5, NSN 5340-01-513-4484 Manufacturer part number is Phoenix Products Inc.. Equals are acceptable. If offering an equal, specifications, cut sheets, etc. must be submitted with the quote. FOB point is USPFO FOR VT-WAREHOUSE, B LDG 3 CAMP JOHNSON, 789 VT NATIONAL GUARD RD, COLCHESTER, VT 05446. Contractor shall provide all materials, lab or, and transportation necessary to deliver the above mentioned items.
