- Description
- The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ intends to negotiate and award a contract with Interspace Airport Airport Advertising, 4635 ,Crackersport Road, Allentown Pa, 18104-0597 on an other than full and open competition basis. Contract will be for 60 months period. This contract is to provide a 10 foot X 10 foot wall wrap for advertising by Cold Regions Test Center, Ft Greely Alaska . Interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Governments requ irement no later than 4:30 PM Mountain Standard time on 31 August 2004. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. SeeNote 22, with the exception that the time period for the receipt of p roposals for consideration is 7 days instead of 45 days.
