Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQS should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, Quantity 1; Unit of Issue Each; Express Mail Service, VENDOR TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY LABOR, PARTS, MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT FOR MAIL SERVICE AT EVANS ARMY COMMUNITY HOSP ITAL MAILING FOR TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENTTS THAT REQUIRE STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY TO INCLUDE: MEDICAL EVALUATION BOARD PACKETS, MEDICAL RECORDS, & BILLING DOCUMENTS.
