- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A056 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730. Small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. This is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall trim all tree limbs within 5 feet of any primary and secondary power lines in all five areas of base housing located on Fairchild AFB. Contractor must be Power line certified and all equipment must be certified for use around high voltage power lines. A site visit is scheduled for 8 A.M. on 1 Sep 2004.
