- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as reference number F4CECO41821300, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NASICS) Small Business size standard is 500 employees. LINE ITEM 0001: 250 Each, 13.25 lbs. DuPont FE-36 clean agent portable fire extinguishers, Model: Ansul Clean Guard Fire Extinguishers DuPont FE-36 or EQUAL, UL Rating: 2-A:10-B:C. When submitting an "or EQUAL" please supply product literature with quote. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
