- The purpose of this second notice of the original solicitation dated 23 August 2004 same subject: Gazebos - is to change the classification code from 32 (entered in error) to the correct code of 54 (prefabricated wood building maufacturing). The date for receiving solicitations/bids has also been changed to September 7, 2004. All other descriptions and terms provided in the original solicitation (F3LGLX42310100) below remain the same as follows: The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order of Gazebos and Decks. This is a combined solicitation for commercial items IAW the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F3LGLX42310100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 321992, the standard size of 500 employees. If you feel your company meets the Government requirements, please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is as follows: Furnish CLIN 1, (3) each, Gazebos 12 ft x 12 ft, constructed of pressure treated lumber, with brown metal roofs. CLIN 2, (3) each, Decks for use with CLIN #1, 12 ft x 12 ft, constructed of pressure treated lumber. CLIN 3, (4) each, Gazebos, 12 ft x 12 ft, constructed of pressure treated lumber, with brown metal roofs, with no deck. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any quotes provided must guarantee prices are good through at least 31 December 2004. A copy of a sample blueprint for a gazebo with deck will be emailed or faxed by request.
