Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offerors to construct an outpatient clinic facility for lease to the Government, for a period of up to 20 years, on a site that has been pre-selected by the Government for an approximate 51,932 NUSF facility. VA has obtained an assignable/transferable purchase option on a 10-acre site located within the University East Business Park off W.T. Harris Blvd. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than September 10, 2004, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondence, and amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit with your response a $50.00 non-refundable fee, payable by check or money order to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Agent Cashier. Responses shall also include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project.
