The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidate Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Small Business 100% Set-Aside Commercial Item request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 13 to provide all parts, labor, materials, travel, and supervision necessary to provide preventative maintenance inspections and emergency service to maintain Government-owned Chiller/Air Conditioning Systems, in good operating condition for the period October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, with four one-year option periods. Types of Chiller/Air Conditioning Systems include, but may not be limited to the following types: York, Liebert, McQuay, Trane, Multistack, and Carrier. The equipment is located at various VA locations including Martinez, California (94553), Mare Island, California (94592), Travis AFB, California (94535), Mather, California (95655), McClellan Park, California (95652). The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Basic NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating , and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
