- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish and install concrete grave liners, F.O.B. Destination within Consignee's Premises, Port Hudson National Cemetery, 20978 Port Hickey Road, Port Hudson, LA 39535-4968. The performance period is October 1, 2004 (or date of contract award, whichever is later)through September 20, 2005 with two (2) one-year options to renew the contract. Subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 327390 and the size standard is 500. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about September 9, 2004 at the following URL Address: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number= 786-26-05. All requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephone requests will be accepted.
