- The contractor shall provide all the necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and supplies to perform grounds maintenance services at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98042. Grounds Maintenances includes: Mowing; trimming; turf renovation; fertilizer application, aeration; thatching; tree and shrub maintenance; weed, insect, vertebrate pest and disease control; debris maintenance; moss removal, edging, Facility Maintenance, Headstone/Marker Cleaning, Niche Plate Cleaning, Headstone/Marker Raise & Realign, Irrigation System Start-up and Blow Down. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about August 25, 2004 at the following URL address: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. All requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephonic requests will be accepted.
