- NOTE: This solicitation was posted on the DOE IIPS on August 3, 2004; this is not a new solicitation/requirement.? The purpose of this notice is to correct a System process to allow notices of all documents generated under the solicitation number to be forwarded to FedBizOpps. The solicitation has now been posted, please open the attached file for specific information. Please address all questions, via the IIPS system, to Joyce Ziesler. Please pay particular attention to the day/date closing time. NO LATE OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! The U.S. Department of Energy, Golden Field Office (GFO) is acquiring SAVEnergy Survey Services for the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). The selected Contractors will work with Federal Agencies to identify cost-effective energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy measures that can be undertaken and developed into projects at the facility. The successful Contractor shall perform SAVEnergy Surveys for specified buildings, energy and/or water consuming systems. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment to execute specified requirements and produce and deliver Draft and Final SAVEnergy Action Plan Reports, which contain all findings, results and recommendations from the Survey. GFO plans on awarding multiple BPA's from this requirement. Performance period is for five years and the solicitation has beeen issued.
