NSN: 2945-01-099-8550, RL041550060000, Filter Element. Source Controlled drawing/document. United Technologies/Pratt & Whitney (Cage: 77445), P/N 739636 and PTI Technologies (Cage: 05228) P/N 7580538. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination IAW QAP E03. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery for stock is 98 DARO. First Article Testing does not apply. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 2076 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1038 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four-option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 8 and 23.
