- Solicitation is for a basic quantity of 23 each of a Nash-Elmo Industries (42280) P/N 15-3024-4 or B24-0722-VHD, a Float Valve, NSN 4820-01-396-1620, to be delivered in 210 days. An option quantity of 23 each is included, which may or may not be exercised. 4 each of this basic quantity are to be shipped to Tracy CA, 7 each are to be shipped to Bremerton WA, and 12 each are to be shipped to New Cumberland PA. Solicitation opens on 7 Sept 2004, and closed on 7 October 2004. This solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 09-07-2004. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1). Approved source is Nash-Elmo Industries (42280). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
