- Description
- The Government has intentions of contracting with Honeywell International (64547) for 25 each of 5998-01-431-8697 P/N 2121651-5. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 8, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of Honeywell International BOA SP070003G0002 will be used, a formal RFP was not issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved parts, Honeywell International (64547) P/N 2121651-5, which will be considered. The letter RFP opens on September 8, 2004 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on October 8, 2004. The solicitation is for 25 each CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY to be delivered in 120 days, and includes a 100% quantity option (25each) and price breaks covering quantities of 1 to 50. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26
