- Description
- The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) intends to seek quotes from firms interested in providing Armored Car services for the USCIS at any of 3 or more separate locations in the United States. These locations were omitted from those included in RFQ# HSSCCG-05-D-0002, and so are being advertised separately so as to not delay the award of the other 26 locations. Offerors may provide quotes for one, several or all locations. Multiple awards will be made, according to best value at each location. Period of performance will include a base period 10/01/2004 through 09/30/2005, plus a one-year option period of 10/01/2005 through 09/30/2006. The solicitation materials should be available for download by 08/31/2004, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by mail or fax not later than 3:00 pm Eastern, 09/10/2004. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS/GSA site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
