- Description
- This requirement is for the repair of access covers for the ALQ-131 ECM Pod. Repair will be for 14 each covers, NSN 5340-01-413-9275ES, P/N 782R789G01or 5340-01-281-8470EW, P/N 766R546G01. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, OHOMUNDRO Company, 14792 FRANKLIN AVENUE, TUSTIN, CA 92780-7216, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received no later than 7 July 04. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. FedBizOpps note 22 & 26 apply. Responses to this solicitation are due no later than 7 July 04 at WR-ALC/LSKS, 380 Richard Ray Blvd. Ste 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2004).
