- This is a notice of a proposed award by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) of a sole-source purchase order to Thompson West for Comptroller Procurement Decisions, the only printed and indexed compilation of all bid protests by GAO. The contract to be awarded will be for a base year with four option years. This is not a request for a quotation. Thompson West?s contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
