- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-04-R-0131 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to Thermo Eberline, LLC, 504 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507-2832. This procurement covers the purchase of 250 HP-220B, directional probes with SHV connector, 8.2M, 1/2W, 20% resistor and ZP1310 GM tube with cushioning. The HP-220B is a portable RADIAC directional probe designed for use with the Multi Function RADIAC (MFR) in applications where the presence and level of radioactivity must be determined. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The required delivery date is 120 days after issuance of contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
