- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Fire Management Plan (FMP). It is anticipated that one or more CCAO Project/Field Offices will require a complete plan. Contractor is responsible for the completion of all of the elements of the Fire Management Plan template as described in the government Statement of Work, through to the final draft. Contractor will be required to develop and provide specific FMP analysis, data and product inputs in a format that will functionally support and seamlessly integrate into the upcoming FPA-PM planning process. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract or agreement via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to register in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for the award. Solicitation 04SQ240055 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on August 24, 2004 quotes due on or before September 15, 2004. The solicitation can be downloaded at the above site.
