Description
The Army TACOM-PICATINNY requires 71 Material World Module Kits with associated Teacher and Student Books to be delivered within 60 days to support the Army?s educational outreach program to area Middle and High Schools. Material World Module Kits are inquiry based, hands-on science curricula enhancements. They were developed under a National Science Foundation Grant to Northwestern University. Northwestern University holds the copyrights to all nine types of the Materials World Modules. This requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Northwestern University located in Evanston IL. See Numbered Note 22.
