- The Contractor, who shall be licensed and tariffed by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), shall provide paging service on an FCC approved licensed and tariffed frequency in accordance with FCC regulations, for Fort Benning, Georgia to satisfy the requirements of Department of Defense (DOD) Appropriated and Non-Appropriated Funded Agencies located within Fort Benning Reservation (FBR) to include the following outlying training and recreational areas Camp Darby, Camp Merrill, Camp Rudder, Port S upport Activity Jacksonville, Uchee Creek Recreational Area and Destin Recreational Area. The FBR includes Lumpkin, Marion, Chattahoochee and Muscogee Counties in Georgia; Russell County in Alabama; Duyal, Okaloosa and Walton County in Florida. All citie s and towns included within the boundaries of the foregoing counties and all highways connecting Fort Benning with its outlying training and recreational areas. Solicitation Number W911SF-04-R-0027 packages will be available for downloading at the Army S ingle Face Industry Website (http://acquisition.army.mil) or the Fort Benning website (http://www.benning.army.mil/doc) on or about September 7, 2004. No paper copies will be provided. All proposals must be received in this office not later than 1:00 p.m. eastern standard time , Sep 24, 2004. No faxed or email quotes will be accepted.
