- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911S2-04-T-0084 is issued as a Request for Quotes. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The stan dard industrial code is 3827 (NAICS code 333314) and the business size standard is 500 employees. Furnish and deliver the following items: Furnish and deliver 108 each, Super Sniper Scopes, 10x42, model SS10x42 or comparable. Reticle pattern is MIL DOT. Also furnish and deliver 108 kits, Butler Creek Lens Cap model 026K or comparable. Partial ship ment is authorized, with an initial shipment required of 3 September 2004. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerc ial Items (returned with your offer), 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, 252.212.7001-Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Stat ues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (JUNE 2004).
