- The purchase of 1 each Agilent PNA-L Network Analyzer, P/N N5230A, with US Std 120V power cord; 1 each, 10MHz to 20 GHz 2 port, Configurable Test Set and Extended Power Range, P/N N52300-225; 1 each, NMD 3.5mm to Type-N Adapter Set, P/N 85130C; 1 each, 50-ohm Type-N Economy Calibration Kit, P/N 85054D; 1 each, Testmobile System Cart, P/N 1181BZ; and 1 each, Testmobile Printer/Plotter Stand, P/N 35181HZ. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Mfr: Agilent Technologies This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52-212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items), DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation, Jan 04). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
