- Description
- Advanced ESA Controller. Model No. ESA-C. Must be compatible with and support up to three AD-30 Actuators. Must have IEEE-488.2 compliant GPIB computer interface and all associated handshaking and command protocol identical wo Newport ESA-C Advanced Controller. Must be able to choose between "velocity-controlled" or "immediate" execution. Must have a front'panel backlit LCD display that monitors all three actuators activity. Lav View instrument driver sets must be available from the manufacturer online. Model No. ESA-C-SET30 C Actuator Set compatible with Newport's ESA-C Advanced Controller and interchangeable with Newport's AD-30. Additional requirement as follows: Coarse Travel 13mm or greated Fine Travel: 30 um or greated Manual sensitivity <0.5 um Minimum Incremental Motion: 0.04 um or less Hysteresis: <6% Linearity Error: <10% over 10 um.
