Additional requirement as follows: Coarse Travel:13mm or greated Fine Travel: 30 um or greated Manual sensitivity: <0.5 um Minimum Incremental Motion: 0.04 um or less Hysteresis: <6% Linearity Error: <10% over 10 um.
