- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. -- FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY04 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. -- Solicitation number F43MSS41910300 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This acquisition is small business set-aside and is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 337214, with a size standard of 500 employees. Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to provide: (29) Student Computer Desks, Manufacturer Nova Solutions Model # 85-0-0022 174549, black base with windsor mahogany top and (1) Instructor Computer Desk, Manufacturer Nova Solutions Model # ES-0-3010 174549, black base with windsor mahogany top. AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AT: www.ccr.gov/.
