Description

1. Purchase and install 26 cabinets and 6 counter tops to match the existing height of present cabinets and counter tops in 6 rooms at the Pine Tree Inn. Work includes removal of 6 countertops and 24 cabinet base units and proper disposal off base. 2. In rooms 344, 346, 364, 366 install 4 base cabinets and counter tops with back and side splashes; one cabinet on each end with a door only, two cabinets in the center with drawers and doors. There shall also be two 25" spaces for chairs; see attached drawing. 3. In rooms 341 and 361 install counter tops with back and end splashes with one cabinet to the right, a door and one adjustable shelf; a 25" space to accommodate a chair, one cabinet with a drawer and a door and three cabinets with doors and no shelves. See attached drawings. 4. Contractor will verify all measurements, cabinet style, hardware, color and construction during the site visit. Existing counter tops and cabinets are HI-MACS Beach Sand and almond, respectively. Cabinet door, drawer fronts, hardware and counter tops shall match newly installed sink and coffee bar units in each room. 5. Contract work is in DV quarters so care must be taken to preserve the condition of the interior furnishings. Contractor will repair any damage to walls, wall covering and carpet caused by removal or installation of the counter tops and cabinets.
