- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center has issued an RFQ for Dairy Products to be delivered to the Nutrition and Food Service and the Veterans Canteen Service at the VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Road, Huntington, West Virginia. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. The Government is anticipating making a single award on a firm fixed price basis. No faxed or email bids will be accepted. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 424430 is 500 employees. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. No Web Based RFQ is available. A hard copy of solicitation will be mailed on request.
