- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center anticipates award of a sole source commercial contract to NCR Government Systems, LLC, Germantown, MD for continuation of hardware and software maintenance of a network of Comten front-end telecommunications processors. To the best knowledge of the VA, NCR is the sole authroized provider for these services. Responses to this notice must be in writing and must be recieved by 2pm (CST) on August 30, 2004. Thrid party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that the firm has been granted rights to provide the services being procured. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discresion of the Government. If a solicition is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Responses should be faxed to 512-326-6028.
