- Description
- The VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Primary Medical Care Services through a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Primary Medical Care Services shall be provided at the Contractor's facility to approximately 6000 eligible veterans. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award, with up to two (2) one year renewal options, if exercised. NAICS code 621498 applies with a Small business size standard of $8.5 million. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds. Solicitation documents will be available on or about September 15, 2004 and can be downloaded and printed at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all documents from this website. Offers are due on or before 4:00 pm EST, October 14, 2004.
