- Description
- RFQ 10407-0039-4 will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, North Carolina, requires the services of a Drug Abuse Program (DAP)/Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) Technician to provide technical/administrative support to the DAP and SOTP Programs at FCC Butner. Services will include, but not be limited to, data entry, report generation, maintenance of tracking system, and auditing treatment files. Contract services will be required 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. All basic supplies shall be furnished by FCC Butner. This solicitation is anticipated to result in a single award, Firm-fixed Price contract. The NAICS code is 561990. This requirement is set-aside for small business. The contractor must adhere to specific rules and regulations of the department and institution. Any individual working within the confines of FCC Butner must undergo a background investigation and drug test prior to being permitted inside the institution. The government may award the contract without discussions, therefore, offerors are instructed to submit their best offer initially. The anticipated term of the contract includes a base period from date of award through 12 months from date of award, and two one year option periods. The FBOP anticipates posting the solicitation to the government electronic point of entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 23, 2004. Closing due date for quotations is August 6, 2004. All responsible sources meeting the requirements listed in the solicitation may submit a quotation which will be considered by the FBOP.
