- The Central Administrative Zone issues this pre-solicitation notice for a performance based service contract for custodial services at Sulphur Ranger District Office, 9 Ten Mile Drive, Granby, Colorado. Award will be made for a Base Year (Oct 1, 2004 - September 30, 2005) and four Option Years. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract. The preferred method for completing registration is via the World Wide Web at http://www.ccr.gov/. Solicitation documents will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities website, at www.fedbizopps.gov and no information will be made available prior to the official solicitation issuance of August 31, 2004. Interested vendors are requested to register on this website as an interested vendor, and a complete package will be mailed to them on the issue date.
