- NSN 3040-01-021-8739 Cap, linear actuating cylinder PR YPC04190000616. Hydromach Inc (1FG56) P/N 337253-11, Lockheed Martin Services (1WL60) P/N 337253-11, Lockheed Martin (98897) P/N 337253-11. 2204 each, including option, FOB destination to New Cumberland PA, delivery in 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9/9/04. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(1). Approved sources are Hydromach Inc., Lockheed Martin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluations of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
