- Description: clutch assembly, friction PR: FPC04217000503 NSN: 3010-00-135-5409. Simmonds Precision Products Inc (12511) P/N AA1407. Quantity 404 each, including option. FOB destination to Hill AFB UT, delivery in 200 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9/9/04. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(1). Approved sources are Simmonds Precision Products Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluations factors as described in the solicitation.
