- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey (NAWCADLKE) has a requirement for the following items: Main Power Distribution Box Accessory Set, Digital Interface Unit Storage Case, P/N 123SAV59831-1, quantities 2-4; Main Power Distribution Box Accessory Set, Cable Storage Case P/N 123SAV59820-1, quantities 2-4; Smart Automatic Wiring Analyzer, P/N 123SAV59710-3, quantities 2-4; Smart Automatic Wiring Analyzer Cable Set, P/N 123SAV59820-1, quantities 2-4; in support of the E-2 program. NAWCADLKE intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 © (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumann Corporation, Bethpage, New York. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is the only known firm possessing the knowledge, experience and technical expertise necessary to fulfill the Navy's requirements in the required time period. The Government does not own the data rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
