- This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Norsat International, Inc., 300-4401 Still Creek Drive, Burnaby BC V5C 6G9, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for one (1) each, Newlink System. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed in accordance with the provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 01-24. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal.
