- Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau Of The Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Omega Technologies, Inc, 555 E Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22314, renewal of monthly DSL Internet Service provided for six (6) months at the following locations: Milwaukee, WI 53203, Grand Rapids, MI 49504, Louisville, KY 40202, Greensboro, NC 27407, Littl Rock, AR 72201, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, Portland, OR 97204, St. Paul, MN, Nashville, TN 37203, Richmond, VA 23240, Hilnds, CA 95660, Tampa, FL 33607, Las Vegas, NV 89102, Cleveland, OH 44199, Hartford, CT 06103, Columbia, SC 48226, Detroit, MI 48226, San Diego, CA 92101, Albuquerque, NM 87109,Syracuse, NY 13261, Falls Church, VA. TIGTA intends to sole source the renewal. No solicitation document is available. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m., EDT on September 7, 2004. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentaion to clearly show the ability to provide the required item or functional equivalent at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Omega Technology, Inc.
