- This is a sole source announcement. No "hard copy" Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to FLIR Systems, Inc. 25 Esquire Rd., North Billerica, MA 01862 for 1 each Ranger-BRSX Thermal Imaging System (head only) with 2 Extender, Long-range in an environmentally qualified enclosure. This is a follow-on requirement to complete on-going installations. The sole source is based on custom hardware and proprietary software. The NAICS code is 334515 and the Size Standard is 500. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement.
