- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with Elgar Electronics Corporation, 9250 Brown Deer Road, San Diego, CA 92121, on a sole source basis, for an estimated total of: 55 each, Power Distribution Unit, Model PDU-2000-6, 2KVA with elevated temperature (P/N 5152390-04). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12. Elgar Electronics is the sole manufacturer of the required items. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a base and four option years. Delivery of the items will be specified in each individual delivery order. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 August 2004. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Numbered Note 22 applies.
