Description
MOD: This synopsis is being amended to address Technology Insertion to be procured under this effort. Technology Insertion is the resolution of end-of-life/obsolescence issues associated with commercial of-the-shelf components in the AMCM Common Console. Also, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0231 has expired and has been replaced with BOA N00019-03-G-0014. The original synopsis reads as follows: This is a notice of intent to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0231 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Rt. 17C Owego, NY 13827-3998 on an other than full and open competitive basis in order to provide for System Development and Demonstration of the Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) Block 2B sensor systems for the MH-60S aircraft. The Block 2B mission sensor systems are the Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS), Organic Airborne and Surface Influence Sweep (OASIS), and Rapid Airborne Mine Clearance System (RAMICS). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI-O is the sole developer of the AMCM Sensor Systems and therefore the only source with prerequisite knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to continue the development of the system. See Numbered Note 22. The PRIMARY POC for this is Cliff Stevens, Contract Specialist, Phone 301 757-5271, Fax 301-757-5284, Email Clifford.Stevens@navy.mil ORIGINAL: This is a notice of intent to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-0231 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration ?
