Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Camp Systems International, LLC Long Island MacArthur Airport 999 Marconi Avenue Ronkonkoma NY 11779-7922 999 for the purchase of a web-based flight scheduling tool, passenger management tool, and aircrew information distribution center. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 2 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). See Numbered Note 22. The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source, subject to availability of funds.
