- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance at the Sheppard Air Force Base, (SAFB) Annex at Lake Texoma located in Grayson County approximately eight miles north of Sandusky, Texas. The contractor will maintain a satisfactory ground condition with a neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall dispose of all debris at an off-site location in accordance with existing local, state, and federal regulations
