- This amendment is to add the Part Number to the NEC LCD Projectors listed in this requirement. The part number is: LT260GOV. All other terms remain the same, including response date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F13ADR42171300 is being issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and Class Deviation 2004-0625, AFAC 2004-0804, AETC FAR Sup (15 Apr 2003), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20040323. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This acquisition is FOB Destination and the place of delivery is at 401 Chennault Circle, Maxwell AFB AL 36112. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001 NEC LCD Projector, 1:20:1 Lens 2500 ANSI LUMENS, XGA Quantity: 4 each. CLIN 0002 Installation and re-working of SMART 1802 RPS, installation of new units into existing boards, Quantity: 1 each. Offerors responding to this requirement must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (Jan 2004), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (Nov 1995), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-- Balance Payment Program Certificate (Apr 2003) with the quotation.
