- Description
- Offutt AFB NE accounced the pre-solicitation of projects SGBP 04-4032 and SGBP 04-4033, repair youth ball fields and repair fourplex ball fields. Project magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. Projects consist of excavation of existing contaminated infield dirt; tilling of infields and installation of clean dirt, soil conditioner and top dressing; seeding of outfield; installation of clay bricks and packing clay at batters/catchers boxes. THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $6 Million. All firms or individuals responsing must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register prior to submitting a bid. The contractor shall also ensure their CCR reflects the NAICS code indicated for this solicitation. The solicitation package will be made available on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.eps.gov on or about 25 August 2004. The solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO web site at USAF Offices, Air Combat Command, 55 CONS. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. Once the solicitation package is posted on or about 25 August 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR 9 SEPTEMBER 2004 AT 1400. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit will need to notify Sara Dorrell at sara.dorrell@offutt.af.mil by COB 7 September 2004. All contractors needing an escort onto the base need to meet at the Kenney Gate (Flag Gate) Welcome Center no later than 1300 for an escort.
