- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0160 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM local time on 2 September 2004, and shall be valid for at least 30 days to insure sufficient time for the distribution of funds. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to Mr. Lee Smales at: lee.smales@offutt.af.mil or fax at 402-294-0430. The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business ONLY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 339994, 500 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for 5 sets of United Rotary Brush Corp, Poly/Wire bristles for front mount high-speed snow broom Poly Part #: 05-191460PWA, Wire Part #: 06-191460WWA100. 52 Each per complete set.
