- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services) issued by the 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman AFB, Missouri. This document was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented and in accordance with FAR FAC 2001-24 with additional information included in this notice. This electronic solicitation is the only solicitation being issued, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is F15CES42320100. The NAICS code 423740 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows: TRANE (or equal), RTAA185 Air Cooled helical rotary water chiller, 185 nominal tons, 460 Volt/60 hertz/3 phase, non fused disconnect, factory installed across the line starter, standard 40 to 65 degree F aluminum fins, UL/CUL listing, deluxe with communication-generic BAS APP, spring isolators (field installed), control power transformer single point power connection, mech. Disconnect switch, NEMA flow switch-150 PSI field installed) R-134A full refrigerant shipped in machine, low ambient motor master controller-factory installed, 1st year parts, labor and refrigerant warranty 2-5th year replacement compressor warranty factory start-up must meet APLV or IPLV rating of 10-7 or better.
