- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source perpetual license and maintenance agreement with Innovation Data Processing for the FDREPORT and FDRPAS Software. Innovation Data Processing is the manufacturer and sole source provider of maintenance for their software products. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued as a result of this announcement. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest by the close of business August 25, 2004 to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Information Technology Contracts Unit, Attn: Linda S.
