Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NDDK) has a requirement to purchase the following equipment: SPECTRAmax Plus-384 w/SOFT max; Gemini EM & SoftMax Pro; Traning Initial Life Science; Lap Top Computer, Service contract Spectramax; Gemini EM Ext Service contract; Spectratest Validation Plate. All vendors that are capable of providing the Government with the equipment described above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that Request for Quotation (RFQ) NIH-NIDDK-04-302 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2004. Quotations must be submitted in writing and may be FAXED to 301-480-4226. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 774C, Bethesda, MD 20817 Attention: Patricia Haun. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
